Dr. Carin LaCount is a champion for self-love who teaches self-honesty as a means to that end. She has a doctorate in optometry and a passion for helping others see their own truth with unconditional love. She is a mother of two who is fiercely devoted to breaking the dysfunctional legacy of families by understanding the codependent/narcissistic dynamic that undermines love in families across the globe.

She has a penchant for vulnerability and is completely transparent in her writing because she believes that her life is meant to be shared for the purpose of helping others. Her highly anticipated first book, The Love Liar: A Memoir of Co-Dependency, Narcissism and the Pursuit of Self-Love, illustrates her devotion to finding the best version of herself and loving her unconditionally.
